Thanks for these recommendations. It's always nice to have several sources for ink.

Yes...indeed it is Pecision Colors. Their system is extremely cost effective and their chip resetter works like a charm. I cannot say enough about the print quality that I get with Pecision Colors in my Pro-100. Visit their website and you will be impressed.

I also reload using Precision Color Labs:
https://www.precisioncolors.com/PC42.html
Their dye based ink works faultlessly in my Pro100 printer.

I just tried 1iNK.Com for the heck of it. Bought a 3 color set with 2 large blacks for about 32 bucks with shipping for my Officejet HP. Was a bit wondering if it would even work. Came in a couple days ago , installed the color cartridges and printed out a nice sunset picture. Was really surprised at the quality. Now, the jury is still out on how long they last. -)

Wonder why anyone would use a Pro-100 for documents??

Quality. I've only used mine a couple time with paper. If you want to make brochures or high letter quality it beats my other printers. Especially true if the documents have any images in them.

I tried aftermarket ink, once! Leaked and had horrible results. It was LD. Never again, no place to cheap out. The only one I hear of consistent good results is precision inks and that's just a bit more of a commitment than I'm interested in. Never had a issue with the Canon ink.

I have had it with Clickinks service. I know that the best ink is the "real" Canon products, but I am looking for a decent quality ink.
That being said I rarely print out a photo but use a good lab. So I would appreciate some suggestions on a good supplier with decent ink
and service primarily for documents.
Many thanks and i hope all UHH members have a great holiday season and a Happy HEALTHY New Year

Ink Farm

I've also been using Ink Farm. I've used them on my Epson 620 printer with great success. I have not used them for my Canon Pixma Pro-100 but am seriously contemplating it.

Yes. I as well use the "Precision Colors" reinking process on my Canon Pro-100. AND I have tor the past three years. Problems?? = NONE.

And there are VIDs out on YouTube to give you exact ways to do this from The "Toolman". :-) Delightful fellow, and knows his stuff.

Yep - I have been refilling with Precision Colors in my Pro-100 for quite a while now and have had excellent results, true and accurate color rendition, and no fading as of yet. But, I guess time will tell...
