It takes a lot of practice. I still have trouble. For sure my 70-200 2.8 vr needs to be upgraded, great lens just not for basketball.

The white team was on offense & the shooter was exploiting a gap to the basket.
Take another look. What is the first thing you teach about playing defense? Be between the other team and the basket. Are the white players positioned on offense or defense relative to the basket?[/quote
