What subject do you find challenging?

While we are at it, what subject do you find the easiest subject to take a shot of? Mine are plants/flowers.

Most challenging: Red flowers followed by people
Easiest: Rocks

My wife!
She hates to have her picture taken and if she sees me with a camera in my hand, she will run and hide!!

I agree with Ansel.

Easiest-photos in which I have an idea and complete control of setting up everything.

I just cannot manage to get good detail in red flowers. No problem with any other color.

Are your shooting raw and giving the reds a "tweak" when post processing?

Birds in flight.

I have a problem in that my eyes are slow to focus. Once I spot a bird and then put my eye to the viewfinder it takes a while to focus at the new apparent distance. By the time I can see the bird has caught a fish, taken it back to the nest and fed the little ones. This started over 20 years ago.

Yep. Nothing I do gives me the reds that I want. No problem with other colors.
I have been using Photoshop since 1990. I also have Lightroom, Elements, Paintshop Pro, Photo-Paint, Nick, Topaz, Gimp, onOne, Landscape Pro, Portrait Pro, Watercolor Studio, SnapArt, and probably a few others that I'm forgetting about right now. Red flowers simply don't like me. I can live with that.
