I'm sure it's tough leaving your beautiful location but if you are like me the show will help to ease the pain.
Take are!

Thank, Donna and really appreciate the kind words and have been working for two or three days on some of the older ones and probably have at least as many left that I have not gone over. Some are probably ready to go but sure many are not... I may have missed your response and sure hope you guys made it through the hurricane without damage. A tornado spawned by the remnants of it touched down in our neighborhood damaging several houses and downing quite a few large trees. The weather people said that it was on the ground for 1.8 miles and it came within a block of our home! It first touched downed upriver from us in a wooded area and took down twenty some trees at that location...Take care and always look forward to viewing your beautiful posts!

Thanks, Ken and had been hoping to get a few images of them while the dogwood was blooming last year and think that I have three or four other very similar images!

We didn't have any effects from the hurricane, thanks so much, Corky, but seeing the destruction in so many other places was heartbreaking. I'm sorry to learn about the damage in your neighborhood and relieved to hear that that your home escaped without harm. That was some tornado to stay on the ground for such a distance, wasn't it! We've never had a tornado touch down that close to our house, and it must have been terrifying. I'll be glad when hurricane season is over, and it won't be long...

I have been going through many images that I had intended to post somewhere back in time, but never quite made it.

Great news, Donna, and we do not really have an inside room without windows to take cover in, but do have a tiny little closet under the stairwell in which Ellen, Bella and I hunker down when we receive a take cover warning. Hope that you guys have a great weekend and take care!
