Maybe it's harder to learn Photoshop than some other programs, I don't know, and I'm a Photoshop teacher! If you're motivated I can teach it to you in a few sessions. I find it kind of intuitive once you learn the tools and basic techniques. With Photoshop there are always 8 ways to do the same thing and dozens of workarounds to get you to the same goal. Other programs don't have this depth so if you don't know their "magic handshake" for doing something you hit a dead end. Not Photoshop it's more "hands on" and more forgiving, IMO.
