The closest PR has came to v****g for statehood ... prior to their self produced fiscal crisis ...was the last one in 2012 where 54% v**ed to change the status quo and 46% v**ed to maintain it.
That does not equate to a v**e for statehood as 39% of those v****g to change the status quo rejected statehood.
Furthermore PR rejected statehood by b****t numerous times in the past and bothe DNC/RNC platforms in the US Zsupport PR ststehood.
