Buying Used Lens from Adorama

I bought a used Sigma 8-16 mm from them. Saved about $175, and other than no soft pouch, it was like new. I negotiated a 2 year warranty with it. Have used it for 6 years with no problem.

I'm sure you've gotten your answer to your satisfaction by now, but I'll add my experiences to the rest.
I've purchases two lenses from Adorama. In both cases, in my opinion, the lenses were actually better than Adorama had rated them. I think one of them was an Excellent- and the other was Excellent. Both looked and performed flawlessly.

Number systems are really an opinion. Adorama, B&H and Hunt's in Melrose, Mass. are three very reputable pre-owned and new stores.
