Call Panasonic at the number I listed. Explain what happened and ask what your options are. At least you'll get a straight answer.
The only option is to purchase a refurbed copy. On mu43.com there is plenty of examples of this.

I know... But support is often a numbers game. If sufficient numbers of people report the same sorts of issues, manufacturers may improve service options. I know Apple has, more times than they want you to know!
When you get the camera back, try the lens. You may be able to use it as a
manual-focus lens. I know that's not much help, but it's better than nothing.
If you really want it fixed, you could buy another identrial lens with
a differnt problem (say scratched glass) being sold "for parts" on eBay, and
a very good technician might be able to make one good lens out of the two
broken ones. But the labor would be expensive.
I buy and restore old cameras, and I alway try to buy two identical cameras
with different problems. Occasionally I can fix both, but usually I end up
cannibalizing the more beat-up one for parts to fix the nicer one.
You might be able to sell your lens "for parts" -- especially if the optics
really are still good.
