A beauty indeed. Quite a Mooooshene.

Use the clone tool and clone the grass over the power pole [both] and the car and house... Then get a big print... beautiful... is it a V6

Welcome to the Goldwing owners group. At this time I don't have one but bought one in 1976, their second year of production. They were a great motorcycle then and still are. A riding buddy has the current model, quite revised from the previous edition, and raves about it. Happy riding and keep the rubber side down!

Beautiful bike! I saw a Goldwing the other day and commented to my son that the engine on that bike was bigger than the engine in our car!

Very nice! A co-worker at work has a Goldwing and belongs to a Goldwing motorcycle group. They have monthly meetings and plan out rides. They just made a trip to Cass Mountain, WV. He has a subscription to Wing World magazine. He brings them to work and reads them while his machine is running.

Thank you for the welcome. This is my third Goldwing; I had a 1998 GL1500SE, a 2013 GL1800B and now a 2018 GL1800D. Your riding buddy is quite correct, the 2017 is a from the ground up total redesign from the previous models. They redesigned the engine, making it a little smaller, more powerful and it gets better gas mileage. Pretty much everything changed, but it's still a Goldwing and that's what truly matters. I'm still getting use to it but I do like it a lot.

I've never been a member of the GWRRA but know people who are. I use to get the magazine from a friend who subscribed but he had a very untimely and unfortunate run in with cancer and is now riding amongst the stars.
Thanks for the link, I may subscribe.

The engine on my bike is over 400 cubic centimeters and 2 cylinders larger than my car, a Chevy Cruze Premier Hatchback. But the car's engine is turbo charged so it has more power. The new for 2018 Goldwing engine is actually smaller than the older engine by 13 CC's and produces more power while consuming less fuel.

Maybe I'll take the next photo somewhere other than the local Wegmans parking lot. No, it is a boxer flat six, 1833 CC's.

It is beautiful and the price tag for that model is $27,000 USD which is actually less than the previous similarly equipped model. More bike for less money. Of course what one actually pays varies with each sale depending on trade in.

A good friend rode a Shadow 1100 before getting a 2008 Goldwing. The Shadow fit her almost perfect but she had to get the Goldwing lowered so her feet would rest flat on the ground. The 2018 model sits even higher than the previous models.

Thanks for the tip. I've been riding motorcycles for just under 50 years now and I'm well aware of the motorists don't see you theory.
My motorcycle and every one I've ridden for quite some time is fairly large and pretty obvious. It's not so much a case today that they don't see the obvious, more like they are not paying attention to what they are doing because of mobile phones. Sharing the mundane minutia of their daily lives or playing some mindless game is more important than driving safely. Now why do people stopped for a red light just continue to sit there after the light has turned green?!
