Those are all great. I'm envious. For club competition I always go with my best first. It's your call. All good barn shots.

Great photos. I liked the last one "Rustic". It captures the plight of old barns being overgrown by brush yet the harvest goes on around it. My eye just kept looking at how many different styles of barns are in the photo. In a row is an excellent photo and will be popular. The barn is secondary to the rows and the beautiful sky. The Round Barn I liked after I got rid of the bright floodlights. Thanks for sharing your barn hunting adventure.

For the barn contest I would go with 2 and 5. The unique tobacco barn image intrigues me but probably would depend on the judge's willingness to consider a less that total barn view. I like it the most.

"Old barn side" and "tobacco" most fit the "unique" from my experience as a juror. Perhaps a bit more cropping to take out what you think is unimportant would help both. A little boost in vibrancy and detail (a LITTLE) might help "tobacco." I suggest playing around, then entering what you feel best. Then applying mentally your decisions to the best photos.

As much as I love the "spire" barns of Ky, #2 is by far my favorite, but take into consideration that I am an artist, NOT a photo critic.
