You presented these images very well. Good work.
I’m a big fan of one, two, and seven because they emulate “real” barns, whereas the so-called “show barns” do not. I believe you could turn any of the three into really nice black and whites in post-processing. You might look at my post today (Barn in B&W) to see what might be done in b&w. I believe that the last one could be something unique when processed b&w and would really stand out from the rest.
Unfortunately, with these kinds of shots, it all boils down to what the judge/judges like.

I like 2 and 4. I'm guessing #4 is a tobacco barn/shed.
To answer your question, #4.

The tobacco curing barn is something that will diminish further in numbers, following the fate of tobacco farms. It may not be the favored for a competition. However it is the best candidate for unique treatments. One strong memory I have is that of standing inside in the middle and looking up to the vent. The challenge, of course, is to infuse the smell.
Number 2 (In a Row) followed closely by Number 6 (The Round Barn).
No. 2 and 5 are my favorites.
All are great, but In a row and round barn really stand out.
So many good ones to choose from. Can you enter only one? The night shot of the Round Barn is my pick if you can only submit one.
I like number 2, nice leading lines

Rustic shows 5 different types of buildings used on farms. Keeping in mind that a farm is a constant work-in-progress makes the rustic patina even more accurate. It is the only photograph that is telling it's on-going story. Tobacco shows another working barn, but the cropping is either too much or too little. Show the tobacco and as little of the barn as is necessary for the viewer to know what structure it is. Tobacco is the title of your shot, emphasize it.
I like the colors on 2 and 6, but if b&w are acceptable I would consider changing 3 or 4 to b&w and submitting.
This probably isn't much help but 2,5 and 6 really get my attention. I guess I see #2 as the weaker of the three that I like. Some really nice stuff there!
