Fantastic set, Donna---excellent work! We usually have a few around the yard and have managed to take a few images but nothing approaching the quality of yours and they are best that I can recall viewing! Hope you guys have a great week and take care.

Thanks, Donna, but they were very exceptional images! I have quite a few images that I sometimes think about posting and never seem to get around to it, especially in the warm months and recently have been trying to take some decent images of an American Redstart hen or a young male for the last several days, I hope it will stick around another day or so and give me another chance to improve on the few images that I have taken. I have been updating Angela on my recent attempts and pretty funny as this morning I was staking out the bird bath as that is where most of my images so far have been taken and heard a pecking sound behind me and there it was about two feet from me on top of our covered grill feasting on what appeared to be a very small grub or could have been the body of some little small moths that have been feeding all day mostly at several large lantana plants! I had little choice but to watch because if I raised the camera to that level it would fly and anyway believe that it was so close that the lens would not have focused on it. Hope you guys are experiencing some nice weather and having fun. Take care!

Thanks again for your kindness, Corky, and I know what you mean about not getting around to posting. I do the same thing and then forget where I've stored my pictures. I hope your little Redstarts will soon pose for you, and it looks like they're well on their way, since they're apparently becoming used to your presence. Please post a few of your shots if they do, and I'll certainly be on the lookout!
