Looking past the filter effects, I really like the rest of the shot, including the coloring choices. The layout, backgrounds and such are a solid composition in my book.
I don't care for this particular effect much (and I like effects shots), it has its uses I suppose, but it tends (to my eyes at least) to appear too much like rejected neon tubing and distracts me from the rest of the work it is used on - I think part of that may also be that the thick tube-like line essentially erases the flowing lines of the objects, people and objects.

On the last photo, take out the nude (or if it is a statue) - doesn't improve the work - and it looks a lot like some of the Chinese landscape tapestries I saw in China earlier this year.
It does show off the model's great (growing) handlebar moustache.

I most certainly don't. Every pictures a story, it should have feeling. It must mean something to the owner, have atmosphere, filters used judiciously can aid that process...
Perhaps you don't like Picasso or Bob Carlos Clarke either?
Surely it must also "mean something" and have appeal to the viewer. Realistically, that is the market otherwise why post or put it in the public domain.

Have no idea what you're talking about, so back it up, otherwise keep the proverbial closed. Anyway, keep "practicing".
or
(in your case)

For a bloke of advancing years your comments display a disproportionate lack of maturity. I have been a professional photographer for a long time and find your remark, "I remember you, you like explicit T&A shots" extremely offensive. I would be wary about putting deliberately false statements such as this on the public domain, if I were you. It is both reckless and ill-advised. Go back and check every post or comment I have made on this site as well as my website, particularly the fashion section, and you will find nothing to suggest I have a predilection for the material you suggest. I'm not quite sure what your problem is, considering I did not even remark on the image you posted. So I will now. Well . . . a title suggestion anyway: "A Confusing Conglomeration of lines."
Your the one who started the attack, I'd say that that lacks maturity. Personally, if I don't care for someone's work I just move on and ignore it..... But that's just me. You might try the same.

This is a mute point, does a photographer make images that they like or for others to like? The answer depends of the photographer I guess.
I can't speak for the OP but I'm assuming he'd been experimenting with filters and posted to get some opinions, which seems to have worked.

I guess probably more relevant might be why post an image in the first place? UHH is a photography forum which, by its very definition (forum) is: "a medium by which views and ideas on a subject are exchanged." And that is the whole issue - discussion, critique, feedback, advice, suggestions - why be on here otherwise? Obviously any art form is in the eye of the beholder, be it the creator or viewer, and extremely subjective. The odd thing here is that I didn't even comment on this bloke's (DH) image until his verbal outburst claiming I have a fondness for explicit T&A shots which is an obvious lie and clearly disproven in my response to him. Unfortunately there are numerous on here who seek only positive feedback, anything else and they react in a disproportionately hostile manner. Again, the odd thing here was that I didn't even opine on the post. My comment was actually directed to you, which you seem to have understood. I'm all for sharing ideas and points of view, unless it's obviously rude and objectionable, how else would we grow and develop otherwise?
I think I answered your question within my statement?
As for the OPs personal attack on you, I think he might be confusing you with another person with a similar name that is very much the sort of critic none of us wants to see on UHH.
A honest mistake perhaps, but the result of some people's unhelpful words in the past, resulting in the OP reacting.
I'm sure if you two reach out via PM you'll be able to resolve this amicably.
Perhaps UHH need a suspension/ban system for persistent extreme offenders?
