To me the "confusion" is what makes the photograph so intriguing. Is it to be viewed vertical or horizontal, is she awake or asleep, a scarf, curtain or clothing, leaning on a wall or floor? If the OP is looking for any constructive criticism, the shadow above her head is distracting and too strong, and in my opinion this would be better in Color or B&W. All the sepia tones seem to run together. But still enjoyed the photo.

I just love it! The composition is a little "unusual", which makes it more interesting. The scarf is a necessary item here. And more, the woman is VERY beautiful!
I'm not a fan of sepia in nudes. The awkward pose was problematic and like stated above I turned to see it sideways as I thought she was crawling on all fours on the floor. I would prefer the model stand straighter. I do like the use of the towel or scarf wrapped around the arms. The baseboard and curtain behind her is more distracting and doesn't add to the composition. The models expression doesn't do her justice. The idea is interesting and unique. I think full color would be better.
