This is a huge number of non-local military. Compare to Puerto Rico where only 17000 troops were sent and it took 8 days for the first ones to get there.
I know that Donald thinks he could have gotten there quicker if he wanted. Probably true because we all know that s**t floats.
You're geographically challenged. Even Trump doesn't walk on water. Also the National Guard is under local command.
