And I continue to be amused by the reading skills of UHH members - Pablo is specifically looking for a digital camera. Any digital camera that takes a Leica thread.
Various companies make adapters for mirrorless cameras, but to my knowledge only Leica makes camera bodies that take Leica M39 threaded lenses.

And I found one, albeit using an adapter. But it allows me to obtain infinity focus without the addition of (dodgy quality) glass elements.
