My Sony A6000 is taking 3 shots each time I shoot. What have I done to cause this? They are 3 different levels of brightness. I really only want one to review. Help with settings appreciated.
Automatic Exposure Bracketing... as they said above.
An important lesson I learn at least weekly is that 98% of the problems I have with technology are due to my own innocent ignorance or absent-mindedness. Once I first came to terms with that, I was motivated to Read The *Fine* Manual AND review all my settings.
My son borrowed my camera to record some video over the weekend. I spent an hour this afternoon, resetting everything for the stills I will record tomorrow.
We all make mistakes using our cameras, some more than others. But in any case, whilst the A6000 is an extremely capable camera and overall a joy to use - the manual is TERRIBLE!
The best book I have found for the camera is the one by David Busch.
Also, there are some good You-Tube videos on various aspects of the A6000.
The camera deserves a serious effort to study how to best use it. Sony sadly did not supply worthwhile tools for that but the other sources are a considerable help.
