Very dramatic picture of a feline kitten and well done. It captures the inherent wildness of pet cats. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you, anotherview. Glad you enjoyed the shot. Wild he is, though with time and affection, he'll tame right down and become a much loved member of his human family.

Thanks for your positive comments and visit, they're very much appreciated!

That's a great portrait Randy.What a cutie.

Thanks, Angler. We have none of your adorable robins over this way, so what's a photographer to do--I'm stuck with shooting kittens and Madame P (and not necessarily in that order, lol...). I'm sure you feel bad for me and my sad robinless situation.

Thanks for the very kind words and visit, always most appreciated!

Thanks, Al. Glad you enjoyed the shot, and hope the stories bring at least a smile, if not an outright laugh. Thanks for your very kind comments, they're very much appreciated, and thanks for stopping by!

Great portrait of a beautiful kitty!

Thanks, Will. Glad you liked this one. He's a cute little guy, if not a mobster in the making. Certainly is leading a life of crime around here, lol.

Thanks for stopping by and your very kind comment, it's much appreciated!

Looks to me like he's planning on how to 1) get the blasted things off his collar (maybe the collar as well) and 2) what is the best revenge on the person or persons who put the collar and bell(s!) on him.

Thanks, DragonsLady. I think you're right on both counts, lol. If he's planning a life of crime, he's certainly off to a good start! Pillage, destruction, and general mayhem is his modus operandi so far. He spends more than a little time 'in durance vile.' And we're not sure he can be rehabilitated. But benefit of the doubt, right? LOL

Thanks for the smile and your visit, it's always appreciated. And he DOES need two bells!!!

Gorgeous photo (and edits) of a very handsome young man!

Thanks, Linda. Pleased you enjoyed the shot. He's growing up fast--over six pounds today at seventeen weeks. Going to be a large kitty, with a personality to match. Full of charm, but don't be fooled--he's the terror of the forest!

Thanks for your very kind words, they're always greatly appreciated, and thanks for stopping by!

Thank you, Sylvia. He's a mischief-maker of the first order, and certainly has a life of crime ahead of him, lol. Glad you enjoyed the shot (ready for tacking up in the Post Office, along with the FBI's Ten Most Wanted...).

Thanks as always for stopping by and your very kind words, I'm always grateful!

Thanks, James. No pretty lady today, but a handsome little guy almost makes up for it, lol.

For most cats, kittenhood is a time of fun and frolic, as they learn the skills they'll need to survive. But for a rare few, fun and frolic are pushed aside in order to begin a partnership with a Dark Lady, a life of command and fearless implacability in the face of danger, magic, and mayhem.

No mafioso ever wielded such power, and adequate warning of their presence must be given to bystanders, lest they fall prey to the depredations of such kittens. One bell is not enough.

Wow, super, Treepusher, love it

Thanks, Greg. Unlike you, I have no interesting or colorful birds to shoot, so I'm stuck doing kittens and pretty ladies. I'm sure you feel sorry for me.

Thanks for your very kind words and visit, they're always very much appreciated!

I can hear the little gray cells clicking away, watch out.
A lovely little fur ball.

That is one intense look. I wouldn't want to meet that kitty in a dark alley. But, The Don is a good looker!

Excellent shot.
