For most cats, kittenhood is a time of fun and frolic, as they learn the skills they'll need to survive. But for a rare few, fun and frolic are pushed aside in order to begin a partnership with a Dark Lady, a life of command and fearless implacability in the face of danger, magic, and mayhem.
No mafioso ever wielded such power, and adequate warning of their presence must be given to bystanders, lest they fall prey to the depredations of such kittens. One bell is not enough.

He does have sort of a sinister look about him here--a mobster in training, perhaps.

Looks to me like he's planning on how to 1) get the blasted things off his collar (maybe the collar as well) and 2) what is the best revenge on the person or persons who put the collar and bell(s!) on him.
