Beautiful mushroom my friend, I had no idea the grow in Alaska. I hope you know these are highly poisonous, my mother used to slice these add some milk and sugar and set it out to kill house flies.

Thanks, Mike. Yup, the amanita is beautiful but deadly. They are plentiful up here, too.

I would choose #1 over #2. I like the overall composition and slightly brighter image.

Thank you for the comment on #1. I like #2 for the darker, more colorful image of the mushroom, which dominates the image, however I think the composition in #1 is better, overall.
