Looking at your photo I see that it has an odd tint to it, overall, and the reds are blown out. As others have said, red is a very difficult color for a sensor to pick up correctly. (I think all photographers should band together and demand that all cones are made in gray so they don't stand out so much in a photograph! .

If your camera has a histogram that will allow you to set it so that the "blinkies" are based on the R (red) in the RGB histogram then you can check to see what your exposure did by looking at the R portion of the histogram and seeing if the photo is pushing up against the right side with the reds. This would allow you to do an overall correction given that nothing else changed. You'd have to check this periodically based on the lighting. Remember that red in sunlight and red in shadow are two different tones. You could also simply shoot at a -1 setting and check this exposure to see if it correctly picked up the reds. Note that if the reds are blown out no amount of corruption will make them look normal, although you might make them look better with some degree of correction. I've included a shot of my Nikon D500 histogram to show you what I am talking about. This can help you to be assured that your reds are not blown out and I do this often with red flowers in particular.
