Latest SCAM in Portland Or.
This probably is some sort of scam, HOWEVER.....
Many years ago I man answered an ad for a brand new 1958 fully equipped Cadillac for $200 (in 1958).
When the guy got to the seller's home, there sat the car exactly as advertised. He looked it over and paid
the woman selling it the $200. He then asked her why she sold it for such a ridiculous price.
Her answer: "My husband just died and his will stipulated that the car be sold and the money given
to his secretary."
They want you to deposit the money in some bank in Nigeria...then good luck getting the camera. That's how they do it.
As said here I have bought and sold on ebay. They rate their sellers and I have a great rating myself always did a good job of sending
sold gear on ebay. If you can believe its true then it isn't.
Well, there is a way..... if the title has "and/or" as the owner. My ex and I always listed our vehicles like that while I was in the Air Force, in case something happened to me.
