Flowers of the Devil's Walking Stick

Here is yet another flower I found growing in my backyard. It is known scientifically as Aralia spinosa or by its common name Devil's Walking Stick. It gets its name from the many thorns along it's base. This shrub can grow to a height of 25 feet, mine are more like 15 feet. The flowers also a strong attractant to butterflies and other insects.

Nice job Algol! Interesting plant too! Did you do any PP ? Might I suggest a bit of sharpening. I use "high pass" most of the time. I think it will give the flowers just a bit of a boost...unless of course you want the soft look! Anyway I do like it the shot. Cheers!
