Thank you, Jan. The softness was what drew me in. I appreciate the comment.

Thank you, Angela. I'm so bad at PP work, but I knew there was colour hiding in all that grey.

that really gets to my soul. It was a grey, cloudy day, but with a little help from LR, I wrung some colour from it.

Very nice AzPicLady

Beautiful pastel tones and softness Kathy of peaceful scenes, just enjoying imagining I am there listening to the waves gently breaking!

Thank you, Sylvia. Even the roar of the ocean was muted as though to match the softness of the colours.

Thank you, Mike. We had hiked over a mile to get there. But the minute I stepped onto that beach, all the pain went away.

I like big, empty beaches. There's something so soothing about them. No obstacles. No people. I'm glad you got the emotion I was feeling. That's success for me in making a photo. I personally like centered horizons. (I'm a bit of a rebel.) The two parts have equal importance to me in this case, because it was part of the colour progression.

Agreed

Yes, the beach does it for me too! These are very nice Kathy and I'm ok with gray days at the beach. Your processing is very successful here.

Thanks, Rockdog. Isn't it amazing what lies hidden in grey?
