Whether they were separated or not in the previous administration really doesn't matter. The images show the kids treated in the same manner as currently being done and a major sticking point of protestors. What I had a problem with back then was that a parent would send their child on a perilous journey to this country unaccompanied. Actually, the same applies to children with their parents as a trip like this is fraught with dangers. If one of us were to do anything even remotely similar, Child Protective Services would be on us in a heartbeat.

You and the left are making a big stink about separating i*****l i*******ts from their children when they are apprehended crossing our borders illegally. What needs to be stated, is the when anyone is arrested and incarcerated for any crime in the US, that person is separated from his / her children. If that person is the sole guardian of a child, that child is given to a relative or family member, or taken into custody by an assigned government agency. Children are never, ever taken to jail to reside there with their parent. This has been the law for years and now you are making a stink about it. This is all an effort to undermine the President and the existing laws. We are not buying it.

Illegal entry is a crime just like many other offenses that warrant being incarcerated. If the INS or DHS were to start providing family rooms for i*****l i*******ts, it would set a ridiculous precedent. One would have to make the same case for all other crimes where the violator is incarcerated, i.e. violaters would have to be united with their children, which would require hotel like accommodations for those who commit crimes that have children.

On the other hand, the children who are not placed with family members go to shelters like the one in El Cajon, California. There's been one of a small 3-5 yr old kid who is in a dog cage. Very moving picture. The t***h? That was taken at the courthouse during a protest and he was put in it specifically for the photo op. When you zoom back you see a different picture.

The news media (aka propaganda wing of the Democratic party) is purposely doing this to fit a political agenda. They are manipulating you and it would appear that they have succeeded.
