I love the geometric abstract of this series. I think if they were mine, I would work on them in black and white, straighten and crop as much as possible. But this is a great group!

I like to take shots of the city without signs, cars, people, wires, etc. Now that you say it, I think it is the abstract geometry I'm after. Never thought of it like that before. Thanks for your thoughts!

I am not a professional so my advice is strictly my opinion. I would try to isolate the subject and make it the center of the photo. Try to avoid any distractions such as wires, cars and people unless they are part of the composition. Also avoid mid-day shooting because it will wash out your colors. It's best to take photos in the early morning just after sunrise for about an hour. The evening sun is also good but not as good as morning sun. Make your subject look interesting and as beautiful as possible. Experiment. If the photos one day are not so good, try it again the next day. Look at what you didn't like in the bad set and improve upon it in the second shoot. Keep repeating until you get it right. Don't get discouraged. Follow your gut.
that's my advice based on my experience. I hope you find some of it helpful. But like all advice, take what works and leave the rest.
Cheers
