that wouldn't be hard to prove, neither would no expectation of privacy with the blinds open. They would lose their case. besides they would have to call the police who would have to come catch me taking the photo. Unlikely that would happen since I take one photo and move on. if I was there taking photo after photo maybe, but not one photo. And if I were to sell such photo I would need a model release and they would have to sign off on it. I know the rules. And in San Francisco it's normal to see someone taking photos of your house. How would they know I was taking a photo of their window anyway?
