256G mSD card

I understand the risk could be too many eggs in one basket.
I would like to hear your experience of using mSD on camera and this kind of 256G mSD .
I think using mSD chips has an advantage, which can be just inserted into your smartphone or tablet and view them; then I just need 1 256G and 1 16G mSD for my trip.

Wow. From my camera it would take 4,600 images for me to do that.
