You could try that with Canon. If that didn't work you might be able to sell it to Adorama or B&H. They do sell film cameras. I have looked a little at their sections where they sell them although not much since I am not into film.(I'll be the first to admit that I probably wouldn't be into photography if it weren't for digital.) I don't know what you might get out of it from some place like B&H, but it might be worth a shot too.
