Hope your taking pictures at the game doesn't interfere with other paying attendees ability to watch and enjoy the game. I sat by a real creep who had what looked like a Nikon 200mm zoom taking pictures. It was all about him, no consideration to any one else. The person was standing, fidgeting with equipment, disrupting others ability to enjoy the game. At one point they unfolded a tripod - blocking others view to meet his selfish need. So if you take your camera, don't be a creep.....
I have every intention of being considerate to all other fans, hence my question about focal lengths/options shooting from my seat, while sitting. I've talked to stadium staff on the phone and believe I'm well versed in their expectations of photographer behavior. I've been going to Giants games since they left Brooklyn & played in Seals' stadium as a child. I watched Candlestick being built and attended untold games there with my folks. We were at the first game played in that park in 1960 against the Cards. I've held season tickets to our nearby minor league team in Oregon for years so think I'm well versed in ballpark etiquette. I will be well disciplined, not to worry.
