Excellent sequence Dave. Just shows that some humans can be dummer than the animals. Mahalo for sharing.

Thank you for commenting! We plan on one last trip next year. Tiring knees and too many visitors! Already have reservations in Gardiner, Mt which provides the best access for our needs.

One of the more visible dangers are the visitors who approach the Mammoth Springs local Elk residents for photo ops. I've seen vehicles butted. The rangers are usually quite visible there, but they can only hold so many hands.

Got an email the other day that showed an elephant sitting on a car that tried to pass it on a safari road.

I don't want to see a bison with an attitude!

This guy kept approaching a bison, even though warned by snorting and an upright tail. We were a safe distance off and not prepared to take photos. Poor quality, but you get the idea.

Thank goodness for a patch of trees.

Google the term "touron" if you're not sure what it is.

Thank you for commenting! Some must think that they're in a huge petting zoo even though all visitors get a copy of regulations and dangers. Over four million visitors last year!

Isn't it fun taking pictures of stupid people. So many opportunities.

Lol! A lot of dangerous stuff goes on there. From taunting the animals to walking on thermal areas.
