Hi Gregory, wonderful shot. I am curious, did you focus on the water drops? Jan
Yes. I wanted the drops in focus and not the candy. so The candy becomes the back ground

Heres a thought for you to try, polish the glass with car polish and shoot again(guna need more MnM's)this will give the water more height in it's bubbles(taller water beeds with a stronger edge and maybe the deapth)hey i'd try it but it dont feel right it's your shot.
here is an exsample of what the water will look like
A just polished car roof after sun shower.

Oh my goodness....How amazing...Do you mind sharing how you did this...? Linda I just saw it.....Guess I should look at all the posts before I open my virtual mouth...lol...Thanks anyway...!
The M&M shot is so very cool. Now I am wondering what I have that I can play around with. My wife is going to be upset when she finds water, candy, and glass all over the place. LOL
This is an awesome shot. It needs to be framed and hung to display! Great job! There is always something to do on a rainy day... :)

Very nice photo. I tried my hand at some water droplet shots awhile back. I took a clear glass bowl and filled it partially with water. I sat the bowl down on a red dish towel. I then took a sandwich baggie and partially filled it with water. I attached the baggie to the dinning room light hanging over our table. ( don't tell my wife). I then set my camera up on a tripod, poked a small hole in the baggie to create a drip and then shot away. I tried it with a blue dish towel as well. Here's what I came up with after many, many, many shots.
