Kat,
Yes, all shots were from a tripod mounted Canon T3, in sport mode with rapid fire. I probably took 300 photos, just barely missing at times, but got lucky a few times as you can see.

In order to save the many shots that it requires in order to get a few keepers, please check out the sound and light triggers at HighViz.com
They show you how to get quality images with the use of thier lineup of equipment.
If you are handy you can save money by buying into a kit. If not they offer prebuilt units for sale as well.
Anyone who has tried this without the use of a trigger knows just how demanding it becomes.
I'm not saying that it can't be accomplished without the use of a triger as the above images attest to ,but it will certainly allow you more time to showcase your work and not stuck behind a camera creating it.
