I was out in my backyard and decided to try some flower close ups last month. I don't have a macro lens, so I decided to try to get a short DOF by using my longest lens, an EF 70-300, zoomed all the way out on my Canon 80D (crop sensor, so these were at the FF equivalent of 480mm). I posted these and some others on UHH about a month ago, but here they are FYI. Both at 300mm as noted, Program mode, spot metering/focus, SOOC JPEGs, the first at ISO 400, the second at 800.
