I will collect the data and publish the results at the end of this thread in a day or so. Please respond with only these data: Brand of camera; brand of battery and experience - positive or negative. Panasonic Lumix GH4

Panasonic (OEM) battery is good (positive).
Power2000 (not OEM) battery is good, too (positive).

I rotate these two batteries through my camera. Either will power the camera for a couple of hours of video recording. With just two batteries, I can do still photography for the better part of a day and still go home with half a battery charge left. I have a DC to AC inverter in my car so I can top off a low battery on the way to a session, but I've seldom needed it.

This ought to tell everyone something. They encode the batteries to try and force people to buy their brand at 40 to 50 dollars each for a 15 dollar part. How well received would this be if Ford or GM did the same and charged 400 for a battery. I like my Nikon but they charge way too much for accessories. My battery grip was 45 bucks new Nikon was 200. It works great and I was able to put the savings towards better glass.

I have K-star batteries and used over a year with no issues. I believe 2 for 25 at the time. I don't care about brand names all I want is performance.

Watson - Positive+. Alternated 3 Watson batteries for my Olympus OMD 5 II along with the original Olympus battery and found no discernable difference.

Watson - and they can produce only about 80% of an OEM battery. D800/D810. Didn't buy the battery - B&H included it in a package when I bought a camera body.

Canon, Wasabi, generally positive. A few of the older batteries the newer Canon bodies would not recognize, but have not had that problem in some time.

Nikon, Genuine Nikon Batteries, the best
Nikon, Vivitar Batteries, very good
Nikon, Cheap made-to-look-like Nikon batteries, too early to tell but still functioning

Watson freebies from B&H used in D7000, D7100, no noticeable difference from OE after four years of decent use.

Several outings of a couple thousand shots in a week and no noticeable difference.

I prefer OEM batteries (Canon), but also have Power2000 and see no difference in six years of use, but the Canon batteries get more use.

Also now have RAVPower for my 80D, and they perform flawlessly.

My 80D was a Canon refurb, which behaved erratically at first. I was glad it came with a 1 year warranty.

I couldn't work out what was wrong until I got the RAVPower batteries and a Canon (OEM) battery grip. After a bit of testing it became clear that the camera was fine, but the Canon supplied battery was the problem.

I called Canon, they listened and shipped me a brand new battery that is just fine. In the 80D I use the RAVPower batteries more than the Canon. RAVPower also came with a 1 year warranty.

So, no battery problems in my experience, except with AA rechargesbles where I now only use Eneloop.
