Hi Folks, I'm really going back in time now to a shot I took way back in May 2011. This is a panorama of three images stitched together from my toy Sony H9 point and shoot camera so quality isn't that great. I left the people in to give an idea of scale.

Yea, it's big alright...nearly a mile across and 550 feet deep. It was extremely windy on the day we visited. Nothing like seeing it in person to make you go "Wow". Thanks for visiting Folks.
This is a really challenging location to capture. Last time I was there was in December of 2016. Temperatures were in the 40s with a wicked wind. I used an 8mm fisheye to get the entire crater in the frame, but it was severely distorted.
