I'm sorry a couple came out rotated--I tried to fix it (they look right in Flickr) but it didn't take. If you just have to see the whole shebang, here's the link to the Album: https://www.flickr.com/photos/8712554@N02/albums/72157692282317184

Thanks, folks! These were all taken with DSLRs--D50, D7000, and D7100--and all those with the Nikkor 18-200VR (and VR2) zoom lenses. A few in the Album were taken with older film cameras and scanned into digital form--none in this set were, though.

No, I hadn't considered doing that. I'm glad you liked my photos, but I don't think they are particularly exceptional.

I get a little frustrated on some of my "canned" tours (most are) because I don't get to see as many churches and cathedrals as I'd like. However, when I've been to a location before, a lot of the programmed excursions/walking tours are repeats, so I usually decline to do them with the group and go off on my own. I manage to hit a few places the others miss that way. In my last Paris trip I visited 2 churches that the group did not (St. Severin and St. Ambroise) and in Berlin when everyone else went off on a 1-hour walking tour (I was tired) I just visited 2 churches in the area where I was (the Berlin Dom and St. Mary's Church at Alexander Square)--the group did not make stops at those. I typically try to stop at a local Harley-Davidson motorcycle shop if there is one (I love Harleys).

Thank you. I tried to select representative good pictures for the UHH set, but there were so many I liked it was hard to choose just a few. It took several hours to put together the Flickr Album--I had to scan through the entire Photostream (42,000) and pick out the ones for the Album. It's handy that Flickr allows a photo to be part of more than one Album, and the Description carries through everywhere one is used.

Is your Flickr site public? If so I would like to take a peek.

Yep. Here you go: https://www.flickr.com/photos/8712554@N02/collections. The "Stained Glass" Album has not been made part of a Collection, but I think you can click on the "Albums" tab and see it that way. (All my Albums are in that set, including those that are part of one or more collections. I recommend accessing most of them through the Collection page by drilling down.)

I just took a quick look. That old barn in Oklahoma was one of the best. In case you don't remember all you pictures, it was from 2005. :)

I added your site to my favorites.
