They aren’t following the current law......it was a p**********l edict which, so far, has NOT been upheld in the court system.

He has power of directives. Those directives are also under the rule of the judicial branch. They have decided that his directive is potentially unconstitutional so it is not currently legal.

Yes, but you posted “current law”, and only Congress can pass a law.

From my experience this i*****l i*********n and workers is a two edged sword - I sent 15 yrs visiting MX - particularly the Yucatan Peninsula from Cancun south to Tulum and the moved there to Puerto Morelos for 5 yrs- halfway between Cancun and Playa Del Carman - it is illegal for an imagrant to work in MX - you may own a business/ corporation work at it but that takes some doing.
We had FM3 - retired non-working with a provable income of $3,000 a month and had to renew it every year. Yes there lots of gringos working illegally but eventually they either are caught or get tired of scrounging for $$ and move on.

Myself - I liked the time I spent there but am glad to be back here in the USA - yes - even if it is in CA.

Don't put the blame on the president, he put the pie in congress's oven and asked them to properly bake it and make it edible, in other words make it law. He even asked that they broaden the base of i******s that would be eligible for a pathway to citizenship.

Bulls**t. He did not have to touch the pie. He created a situation to purposefully create havoc. It is like he pushed a child into the street and said “ not my problem, you need to brake better”. Besides, he changes his mind almost daily. Expand immigration, shrink immigration, there is only one consistent factor, he is incompetent.

as are those that do not open their own eyes but depend on media to interpret what they see, just as it does at every political speech when they tell you what you just heard. Those not bright enough to expand their horizons and understand that Confirmation Bias is a tool used by those in power will forever be fighting a losing battle.

When Trump struck the EO that flew in the face of the Constitution [ congress makes law ] , he stated that the law makers should get to work on DACA and he would sign the bill. His intentions were good and proper. In his STOU address he also asked that the 600 mil. be increased to 1.5 mil. with a pathway to citizenship. Now anyone that sees this a bulls**t has his head up the wrong hole.

And then the next week, he reversed himself. Yesterday, his Chief Of Staff confirmed that reversal. Who the fuck knows the intentions of that i***t since they change depending on whom he last talked to.

Wrong.

If/when it got to SCOTUS they would have become illegal immediately and been subject to removal. He did the right and humane thing by giving a very generous, and loose, deadline to the appropriate authorities.....Congress.....to make a correct LAW so they could legally stay.

Of all trump’s faults, blaming him for this combined debacle of Obama and the Congress is just a biased view of reality.

Everyone s/b pissed Congress STILL hasn’t fixed this! They had 3-4 months already just since trump gave a deadline (which he WILL move again if they again fail), and Obama had years to fix it.

Be a h**er, but at least be a rational one.

Again, you are being silly. You base all your arguments on SCOTUS making it illegal. Maybe they would or maybe they would not, until then just an assumption. The only house of Congress to refuse,to discuss this say he cannot unless Trump agrees with result. Again, back to a man who changes his mind daily. That is what is irrational.

Not silly at all.....it already lost in court once (U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals) that’s why it was moving UP toward SCOTUS. Most legal scholars have said from the beginning it was not constitutional (including Obama until he did it!).

I don’t follow the rest of your post, but I repeat......Obama had YEARS to fix it, Congress had years to fix it, and the current Congress was given half a year’s notice!!!!

Come on, man! Be rational!

I see you have been watching Trump news. Change the station and find out what a true Patriot really is! Hint ( it’s not someone who got out of service with bone spurs)

" just as it does at every political speech when they tell you what you just heard."

I took public speaking in college. The number one thing the instructor hammered into us was: Tell me what you are going to tell me, Tell me, Tell me what you told me.

Why should political speech be different.

To claim that he was doing the "right thing" for dreamers is at least disingenuous.
