What is the best product to transfer all pictures and videos from your iphone

I use Dropbox. Every picture or video I take on my iPhone 6 is immediately transferred to my Dropbox account. It goes into the Camera Uploads folder on my desktop computer. It is immediate once I am connected to wifi.

You can download iPhoto to a Windows PC if you have one. Otherwise it may depend on how much data you have. In my experience, my Mophie Space Pack was very flakey, and kept crashing. My original iBridge kept crashing and corrupting. Newer versions may have improved, and this was with some GB's of photos. I just know that based on my experience, be careful with either of these, unless you don't have that much to transfer, or people can tell you later versions are better.

Iobit.com has a product called iTransfer which can be used to transfer objects (photos, music, books, etc.) to/from an iPhone and a PC.

This is accurate except it works both ways. When I downloaded 30 or 40 photos from my camera into my iMac, they would suddenly appear in my iPhone's photos app which I didn't want. I had to manually delete the photos from my phone which is rather time consuming. I eventually shut off the "iCloud sharing" function to keep the phone and computer photo files separate. However if you actually want this, its easy and automatic. I will also add that Apple only gives you 5 gigabytes of free iCloud storage (not much) whereupon you'll be asked to purchase more.

If you have Windows Photos in the version of your OS, it will provide a way to import the images from the phone to your PC.

On a PC attach USB to lightning cable. If iTunes opens close it immediately or it might backup your iPhone automatically if you have it set to. Otherwise, you might get a popup that will ask you what you want to do with the files on your iPhone. You could select “open files,” or “transfer images to your computer.” If not, open a Windows Explorer window and look for your iPhone. You’ll only be able to see pictures on your iPhone when it’s connected this way.
I suggest you create a folder on your desktop. Then, click in the iPhone Window, touch CTRL + A then CTRL + C.
Finally, right-click in the new folder window and select “Copy here.”

Sounds more complicated than it is.
When I get in front of my computer I can detail the steps more accurately.

OK, I'm at my computer so I can be more accurate. I do not have iTunes set to SYNC automatically when I plug in my iPhone. So, when I do plug it in, a Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) window pops up and displays an icon with "Internal Storage." Double-click on this icon and you should see one or more sub folders that will contain your images.

Photos and iTunes work, but the photos will end up in a database, and not easily accessible for you to use in e.g. Lightroom.
ImageCapture is the official answer. It doesn't work that well. It frequently decides to miss photos, and often breaks.

Install Google Photos, and set to backup your photostream to the Cloud.
Then you can download from Google Drive, or you can set up Google Drive to replicate the photos automatically to your PC (or several PCs and Macs).
Side benefit - the photos are backed up if you lose your phone.

I always did it this way, but it quit working that way for me with Apple’s new HEIC file format. Hence my suggestion to use Windows Photos.
