That was a great idea. It helped a bit. I can now see the lower right Import button and the letter C on the button to the right of that one.

I don't have anything else to suggest. Resizing the tool panel shouldn't hide button, just make them larger or smaller.

You could try resetting Preferences.
How do I reset Lightroom's Preferences?
There’s a simple automated way of resetting
preferences—just hold down Alt and Shift

Just tried it and got the change preferences which I did but it didn’t change it. Still can only see the C and part of the a. Thanks though.

Just to let you know, I finally figured this out this evening. The issue was actually with my computer. I changed the resolution in settings and now the whole page shows up. Thanks again for all of your help.
