About 30 yrs ago, CA was the 6th largest economy in the world.

If poverty disappeared, so would many state employees lose their jobs.

And the cherry on the cake ....

Oh well what the LA Times printed was an opinion piece. I guess it is one's mans opinion but it is not based on national data but rather the guys interpretation of incomplete data.

In short, much ado about nothing.

Really sarg? I put links up to the Census report, what more conformation do you need?

If any DACA residence are allowed to remain & become citizens, give them ID that don't allow them to v**e for 15 years. Special codes like the new
medicare cards with secret letter & number combinations. Stuff hackers can't decipher! Navaho type codes. 10 number & letter combos.
Like military codes that colors different things that non classified people would have no ideas what the natzis had in world war II.

I expected you to blame it on our having two female senators.

Did anyone notice how Democrat Sen. Booker assaulted the Secretary of Homeland Security Nielsen in today’s hearings?

I found it mysogenist the way he bullied her and attacked her reputation knowing she really couldn’t say too much back to a Senator. As an aside I believe she could kick his sissy ass in a fair fight!

If he would have treated a male differently, you are correct. I don't believe he would have. At least he didn't say "you can tell if a woman is lying by if her lips are moving." like Arch did.

Why can't all the Red States get their S**T together and eject CA from the Union?!?!
The pathetic and impoverished state could then be left for dead, or at least to fend for itself or implode, kinda like what Tramps big orange skull will do before his term is up!!!
Please red states, carry out the mercy mission and set us free!!!

I thought that he should be nominated for a Golden Globe, some of the best acting I have ever seen.

LOL... I saw that rural California is trying to get its own state, I am sure that Sacramento will not allow them their freedom from their oppressive grip.

I found it to be refreshing that he confronted a liar regardless of her g****r or position.
BTW, He's a pretty tough guy and not that long ago he ran into a burning building to save people before the Fire Department even arrived.
