It's an old Kodak photo of a TV screen from the mid-1960s. What relevance does this have to the blog?

Of all the very famous people I had ever met and I have met a lot of them, Robert Plant was the nicest and most sincere.

Well good for you, you are one of the few. Ever wonder why his panorama section is nearly dead? He ran other forums too but only ran it out of business.
I looked at his website when we first crossed paths, (terrible snapshots, blown highlights in most shots) noticed that most of his replies were mean and demeaning. That is all I needed to know about him. He would be the last person I would ever take advice from. Anyone who can’t level his snapshots after 4 or so decades of pressing the shutter, has no business giving out advice.

I think what his point was, that the Main Photography Discussion section is for discussions on photography.
For discussions about John Lennon, or the Beatles, or singers, or music, or other non-photographic subjects, that is for the General Chit-Chat (non-photography talk) section.
For sharing a photo, that is for the Photo Gallery or one of the other photo sharing sections.

The thread was about a photo the OP took in 1964 while watching tv of a very famous person. Very appropriate for the main forum. Please take it to pm or start a new thread if you want to defend his behavior.
