I agree! It is a constitutional right for the employer, NOT the employee!

There are lots NFL rules against these kinds of activities the commissioner just won’t enforce them because he’s a coward. The players on these teams are paid employees when on the field, do you think you would have your JOB if you got up in you office and protested some BS thing I don’t think so you might be fired or put on some type of disiplanary action, so don’t give me this BS about your constitutional rights.

From another Richard... I agree with you, Richard. These players are PAID EMPLOYEES. And very highly paid ones indeed. They are paid to entertain, not protest. I have totally stopped watching pro football and have opted to watch college football instead. (Much better football also.)

The players are protesting about the police killing black people and inequality of black people.
From January 1 to Dec 31st. If you add up the total number of people killed by the police. White people are killed at a higher rate. What matters are the numbers? Now if you want to know who kills black people by the thousands that would be other black people. You could tick off every criminal activity against another person(s) and those committed by black people against other black people lead the list. Where is BLN?? Where are the concerned football players? How come these problems are not addressed by them?
Where are these hero's when it comes to child abandonment by black males? Almost 55% of black children are born out of wedlock. Do the fathers of these children support their children? Are they there to offer guidance show their children the difference between right and wrong? What moral and personal responsibility is?. To ensure and support these children to stay in school and receive an education. NO!
It takes two parents to help raise a child. These parents have to both engage in their child's life. Otherwise, we have a continuing of generational welfare and entitlement programs. With no levels of expectation or an end in sight. What we have is an uneducated person. Not a person who has the skill to offer an employer. Why should you hire someone who cannot help your company? Why hire someone with a criminal record?
Why don't these players use their celebrity and why doesn't BLM also address these concerns and start to demand an end to this lack of personal irresponsibility.

BLM does address all issues of concern to black families. But this is not an issue of black and white, but of poverty and ignorance. Go to any
down trodden area of West Virginia and you will find plenty of depraved white people who are abusing their families and themselves. I live in a
majority black city and there are plenty of poor people, mostly black, and many of the problems they encounter are because they have no money.
In my city there are also a lot of middle class and wealthy black families. They are not facing issues related to poverty - they have money.

Actually more than 72% of black babies are born out of wedlock. And a number of black NFL players are culprits.

As was said education is the answer, But big government just keeps things this way and sell the bs to blacks. And guess who’s behind this the progressive movement, do I need to say any more? Oh yeah the Black caucus is a big voting party for Liberals except for this last election. Because Hillary Clinton was a crappy candidate.

The progressive party in this country does not want black to be educated they say they do but it’s not so. Look how they fought the voucher program that the conservative movement brought it up?

Education is the answer to all peoples but some folks are just to stupid to understand this truth?

It is my opinion the left is the cancer for what’s going on in this country!

The Washington swamp has to flushed down the toilet, Term limits maybe a way to stop this insanity that’s going on?

From Philip Lemoine:

“In reality, a randomly selected black man is overwhelmingly unlikely to be victim of police violence — and though white men experience such violence even less often, the disparity is consistent with the racial gap in violent crime, suggesting that the role of racial bias is small. The media’s acceptance of the false narrative poisons the relations between law enforcement and black communities throughout the country and results in violent protests that destroy property and sometimes even claim lives. Perhaps even more importantly, the narrative distracts from far more serious problems that black Americans face.”
