I was at a wood carving show in Spokane when I took that bird shot. The carvings looked real! Thanks for looking!

Nevada City, CA, is a 49er gold country town off Highway 49. It is a charming, cultural, friendly and beautiful town. It was chosen as one of the best ten towns in the US to live because of these adjectives, and because of it's proximity to water, mountain, snow and other family fun activities. Music from the restaurant patios fill the air on a warm summer evening, with twinkling lights on all the buildings. It's a great place to visit if you can't live there.
