Tony Romo To The Rescue. The Green Bay Packers?

If the money was sweet enough. You bet.
He is not the best analyst / commentator and they always think they have one more great game / season in them, no matter how battered the body has become.
What would really surprise us all is if Colin Kaepernick made the next start. It would avoid the NFL getting al their soiled laundry on display while they fight the collusion grievance he just launched today.
I seriously doubt that Green Bay fans would embrace Colin Kaepernick.
I like Tony Romo, but the Packers have a quarterback that has been learning and working for 3 years. He will fill in for Rodgers until he returns.
I know that Rodgers said someone should hire Kaepernick, but no one wants him. The fans especially. Mike McCarthy said they don't need another quarterback because they made provisions in the event Aaron Rodgers could not play. Let's see what happens for the rest of the season.
Romo is never going to play again because he won't survive many more bad hits. He knows it and his family knows it. He isn't stupid. I hate football, but I really like his commentary. He is accurate and can make predictions on the action the quarterback will take. He isn't a jokester like some of the clowns doing commentary. They should stop laughing at their own jokes and see how a professional educates the public on football. Romo is starting a second career and will succeed in this one too.
It appears that the Green Bay Packers will not sign Romo nor Kaepernick. Brett Hundley, the starting QB at UCLA from 2012-2014, will get the starting job at QB. Another QB has been signed, Jerod Evans to the practice squad. It's Hundley or bust.
KEEPING MIND THAT HUNDLEY HAS NOT WORKED ALL THAT MUCH WITH THE FIRST STRING. YOU COULD SEE A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 1ST AND 2ND HALF.

I'm not dissing Dak. He played college ball in Mississippi. I like him. I'm just referring to the great arm of Aaron Rodgers. He has beaten Dak Prescott twice. Once last year, (a key game) and once this year. Both games in Dallas. Rodgers only needs two minutes or less to beat you. Same as Tom Brady too. Aaron has done it to other teams. Remember that Hail Mary pass one time, that won a game with just a few seconds remaining?
Dak was a rookie last year and went 13-3. He did all that was in his power to beat Rodgers last week as a second year quarterback. Let's see what's happening when Dak's been in the league as long as Rodgers.
As far as the best quarterback in the league, I think the consensus has been Brady at this point. When Rodgers starts winning back to back Super Bowls, he'll become the best.

I agree. Remember when Aaron Rodgers was waiting to get the QB job under Brett Favre. And Favre came out of retirement and reclaimed his QB job at Green Bay. At age 40, Tom Brady has more Super Bowl Rings (5) than any QB, past or present. That's very impressive. Aaron Rodgers may never equal that in his career.
I think he’l be fine not taking anymore hits, he’s doing well as a commentator, leave sleeping dogs lie...
