Hey Hedgehogs, Its contest time otherwise known as the Weekly Photo Challenge.

The weekly challenges are going to be more about challenging yourself rather than worrying that your photo isn’t good enough to compete so everyone is invited especially those who want to improve their shots.

The challenges will be simple. I will start you off with a theme, but where you take it is up to you! There is a twist to this contest though that I think will make it really special and help everyone to learn. To submit a photo you also have to add a line or two about how or why you took the photo. I will try to add the story to the winner’s page so we can all ‘feel the shoot’ as much as they did.

Everyone gets to vote, but remember if you vote more than once only your last vote counts.

- Except for this one the contests start on Friday, run through Thursday with Friday results and restarts.
- One photo per entry, but if you need an update let me know and I’ll see what I can do.
- Post processing is fine, but please keep it to a minimum unless the challenge calls for it.
- And, to keep it fair, I will hide the user name’s and vote counts until winners are announced.

Above all remember this is about challenging yourself – pushing beyond the limits you think you have – so have fun with it and try anything and everything whether you are good at it or not. Make it fun and thank you all! I couldn’t do this without you! St3v3M

Just a thought. You might want to put a link in the contest description that leads back to this thread. It makes it a lot easier to navigate between them. I would also like to say thanks for starting this. It seems like it is going to be fun. I already have some ideas.
