SOOC. Has it become a question of semantics?
Several days ago, I was planning to shoot a few shots of a garage that is being put up at my VFW Post. I was sure my WB was set on Flash from an indoor shoot. I tried to reset it to the Sun setting, but being in the bright sun and wearing sunglasses, it ended up being set for indoor lighting. When I opened the photos they were very blue! I was somewhat surprised to see that in LR, the WB slider (color Temp) was already far to the left. Sliding that a little to the right brought them to the correct color. Isn't technology great!
I really don't care if someone claims a shot is SOOC or not. It's the results that really count.

You just resurrected a thread that was dead and buried in August of 2017.
Hopefully you read it first.
Just kidding. Most threads turn to trash after three or four pages.

SOOC is exactly that. But so what? The only thing that matters is the final image. How you got that image makes no difference to the viewer. All images are manipulated in one way or another. This whole thing is a how many angels thing
