Pegasus Loc: Texas Gulf Coast

Don, I'm smucking fart and figured out that little trick all by myself almost immediately. I participate in many forums, and they all have similar settings. My comment was about my observations after a few weeks on this forum. There is an incredible amount of "me too" or just sheer repetition of what has already been said many times over already.

Someone did mention that the denizens here seem to like to answer the OP without reading any of the subsequent posts, probably thinking they have the only right answer and will blurt it out regardless.

So when I actually open a thread that has an title that caught my attention, I get the same answer repeated numerous times. I dread opening a thread that has 75 replies already because 67 of them will be the same answer from post #2 with different words and spelling mistakes. Of course, post #3 will be the obligatory suggestion to sell your crop camera and immediately move to a full frame lest you be thought of as a rank amateur who doesn't know which end of the camera to point towards the subject.

Oh well, it is what it is. So thank you for the very helpful advice. Now, if you can come up with the setting that says, "Ignore similar answers Y/N" that would be tremendous.
