I've no idea how you did the back and forth but I like it.
For me it is definitely color. Kinda wish the guy in the background was missing, but I like the horse portrait.

I would like the bw to have more contrast especially on the mane , and head area , so I'll say the colour one

I like b&w but I really like this pic in color.
The colors and the detail are beautiful.

I too, like the presentation but on my screen the B&W shows a bluish hue. Just as I think it fades, (or perhaps my eyes / brain adjust to it), it switches back to colour. That said I think I prefer the B&W. I'm thinking it favours the contrast between the tack and horse more than the colour edition.

To see both version please press Download. What is your opinion?

I like both. The horse has beautiful colors but the B&W gives the photo an old look. Good move taking the man out, he was a distraction! Please let us know how you did the color to B&W and back!!! Let was incredibly useful to view the photos. I can see great use for that when trying to decide if you like a PP adjustment on a photo

I have to go along with the others. I like the color version. Cool effect by the way.

Thanks for looking and your comments. I converted color picture to B&W then reduced their size and used this free program http://gifmaker.me/
It was very simple.

A tough call but I lean towards the color.

I like the color, I have no idea how you switched between B&W and color, it was really cool.

The back and forth is neat, I like the color and too bad the guy in the back ground "photobombed".

I'm inclined to go with the color version. While I would prefer the B&W, the head seems to fade into the background. IMHO.

Both are first-rate, but I believe the black and white wins out in the end. Nice job of removing the man, too.
As Linda pointed out, the crop is a bit tight.
