And you seek guidance here? You may have to get used to life in the wilderness I fear.

I generally seek opinions here and guidance from a higher authority....but am well versed on life in the wilderness having owned a business.
An apology magnetoman for rambling on so....
My post has taken an interesting turn! I think it's achieved a good mix of opinion, which for me is the main point in putting it here. I usually phrase a question with the image - 'what do you think of it', or similar. It is intended to get thoughts on it from anyone that cares to answer, and from whatever angle they care to approach it.
In FYC we have the broadest range of viewers, with few giving a 'Facebook Like' for the hell of it. And our regular contact with those who respond tells us that, even when the answer is a short 'interesting', or similar, it is a genuine response.
From Franks careful eyeglass, to Linda and Min's thoughtful consideration, to the technical views from the likes of Bob Marles, Dave Chinn, Dave Uuglypher and, of course, Billy, whose critique can sound arrogant at times, but is designed to make one take note, I really do appreciate them all. Long may they all continue.
For myself when considering posts, the initial impact is important - that's what keeps me looking - then the considered feeling the image gives me (which certainly doesn't have to be comfortable), then the technical aspects (if I'm capable of understanding them), then it's time to put a few words down in response and which I hope will be helpful, even if only to encourage. If I see a post that doesn't do those things, I simply leave it to everyone else.
If you have a view on all this, please feel free to respond.

Thanks Dave, I take that in the context I'm sure it's meant and, as always, appreciate your comments.
